Notification: Confirmation of cancellation

Description

As participant, I need to receive notifications when I’m unassigned a task, so I’m aware of it.

Acceptance criteria

 

  1. Notification should only be sent if the election associated to the task is active

    1. If an notification of cancellation of task is created in an in-active election, nothing should happen

  2. When a participant Unregisters herself:

    1. Use communication template “Confirmation of cancellation”

  3. Based on election communication configuration and task type, one of the following communication options apply:

    1. E-mail

    2. Digital Post

    3. SMS

  4. Be aware of any Task specific messages in the Election configuration! If the Task type matches a Task specific message, be sure to use this communication template.

  5. Unassign task in all three scenarios and see notification arrive in E-mail / Digital Post / Phone

Looking into this it is clear we need two new default communication templates to handle this. I’ve added https://os2web.atlassian.net/browse/VALGHAL-824 and https://os2web.atlassian.net/browse/VALGHAL-825 to handle this.

This card is on hold for now, waiting for more detailed descriptions since we need one more template for unassigned task due to validation, and more detailed flow for cancellation or retraction templates since both of them confusing in some flows.
