Notification: Participant is unregistred from a task

Description

As an administrator I would like to be notified when a participant is unregistered from a task so I can decide if I need to find a new participant for the task.

Acceptance criteria

  1. Participant unregisters herself

    1. A notification is shown in the notification hub

      1. Content: [Participant name] has unregistered from the task [task name], [task location], [task date] - [link to task]

  2. Participant is unregistered from task due to changed validation requirements that don’t fit task

    1. A notification is shown in the notification hub

      1. Content: [Participant name] has been unregistered from the task [task name], [task location], [task date] because the validation requirements no longer are met - [link to task]
