Reminder regarding my task(s) a defined time beforehand

Description

Receive a reminder regarding my task at a defined time before my task, so it is confirmed that my registration is done correctly.

Note

It can be defined on task type if a reminder should be sent or not. UI and database model has been prepared for this, but hidden because of a downsized scope. Should be possible to find in the code.

Possibility to configure which communication template to send on the Create election and Edit election communication has also been done but hidden in the UI. Should be possible to find in the code.

Acceptance criteria

  1. Notification should only be sent if the election associated to the task is active.

  2. Task type configuration defines if reminder should be sent or not.

  3. Default notification reminder is 5 days before date of the task (System admin can change the configuration globally in municipality configuration).

  4. Reminders are sent out according to communication configuration on the relevant election
