Estimation

• Estimation of tasks are done using planning poker via the online tool https://play-game.scrumpypoker.com
  (see https://www.atlassian.com/blog/platform/a-brief-overview-of-planning-poker for more info on planning poker)

• Story point model used in planning poker:

  • 1, 2, 3, 5, 8, 13, 20, 40, ?
    In the online tool, the scale will need to be configured on each room creation.

• Story point estimates are noted on each Jira issue (including sub-tasks)
