Aarhus Kommune has agreed to be the test municipality when integrating to Serviceplatformen. Contact person is system owner Henrik Emil Schmidt Arens.

@Dan Nobel and @Mogens Kjeldsen (Unlicensed) has been in dialog with Henrik Emil Schmidt Arens about Serviceplatformen in a meeting on Feb 22, 2023.

CPR data updates

Henrik mentioned a possibility to use SF1320_A - CPR - Hændelser | Digitaliseringskataloget to get updates on CPR data instead of doing a new call on SF1520 as planned. @Dan Nobel will look into what makes the most sense.

After reading the SF1320_A specifications @Dan Nobel and @Mogens Kjeldsen (Unlicensed) has decided it will add an unnecessary complexity to the system. It seems that it is necessary to setup a Beskedfordeler and define what event we want to subscribe to. If understood correctly this has to be done for each municipal, which we really would like to avoid to keep down the needed work in each municipality.

Beskedfordeleren

When using Beskedfordeleren - SF1461 - Modtag beskeder via Beskedfordeler | Digitaliseringskataloget - to get a notice if a Digital Post is sent or not, we have to have this set up in each municipality.

Henrik suggested we contact ITK in Aarhus Kommune about experience and possible open source code from working with Beskedfordeleren. @Mogens Kjeldsen (Unlicensed) will do that.

Process for getting access through Aarhus

Precio Fishbone should make a service agreement in the administration module including SF1520 og and SF1601 and ask Aarhus Kommune to agree on it.

FK adgangsstyring is setup by creating a system in the administration module and telling Henrik which “jobfunktionsrolle” that they need to connect to in their end.

Be aware that Henrik isn’t notified directly, if we send a Service Agreement in Aarhus in the ExtTest environment, so we’ll have to contact him ourselves.

Beskedfordeleren is setup in a special way - we’ll have to know more about that at a later time.

System owner

System owner of OS2valghalla in Aarhus Kommune, is Jakob Asmussen (member of the coordination group). He has to confirm to Henrik, when anyone wants to have access to OS2valghalla.
