How we would prefer URL’s and breadcrumbs to be.

URL’s

We would like URL’s that users are able to understand where possible

Municipal administration

  • Domain: [municipalityname].adm.os2valghalla.dk

  • Agreed that these will be in English

  • Should reflect page titles but ID’s for work location, team, election etc. are accepted

The purpose of breadcrumbs is to help the user understand where they are in the page hierarchy and help them navigate in it.

  • Should follow localization

  • Should be clickable to navigate the website (not current page though)

  • Should reflect page titles

  • Should match URL’s as far as possible

  • Should be shortened when on mobile
