Based on knowledge from “UX- og designanalyse af det fællesoffentlige kontaktregister for borgere” these types of personas have been suggested:

  • Autonomous user (selvkørende)

  • Young citizen

  • Hesitant older citizen

  • Different ethnic background

  • Citizens with disabilities

  • Non-digital citizens
